COTIC BFe Max Iron Death Project

It seems like each Project was sooo long ago!  The last one was the Proton Death Project Mondraker e-bike rebuild...so wasn't necessarily a complete, but pretty darn close, and not quite done yet...

But I digress...it's been a bit since a FULL blown build.  I mean at least a year?  Anyway...I felt that itch to do something I Haven't done in a bit and it all started, as always, by chance.

I happened onto my favorite site, COTIC Bikes.  Looking around I found something I couldn't pass up, and not for me!, for my wife.  The Escapade is full 853 and...PURPLE!  To be exact: DAMSON!  So I dropped Sam a line, ordered one, along with this beast!  

I love hardcore hardtails!  So thought "why not" and grabbed a XL BFe Max in smoke!  That color is wicked and the bike is going to be every bit the part: Wicked!  I see it mean, black/gray and just...purpose built!  

A 'new-to-the-shop' Rockshox ZEB 160mm fork, In House TDP custom logo black on black carbon trail wheels, Conti DH rubber, lots of black and gray with the only splash of color coming from a XX1 rainbow cassette.  Lots of TRP, E13 and the like all thrown in for good measure as well!
